Our Guarantees

We put our clients first and as members of The Texas Real Estate Commission, we adhere to Real Estate Inspectors Standards of Practice that define the requirements for a real estate inspection performed for our prospective clients. The Texas Real Estate Commission Standards of Practice, also dictate the responsibility of the inspector and the purpose of an inspection, as a visual survey of a structure and a basic performance evaluation of the systems and components of a building at the time the inspection was conducted. Our inspectors are required to use this Property Inspection Report form for the inspection to mitigate any unclear comments. Our members shall always act in the interests of the client unless doing so violates a law, and disclose any conflict of interest with the client. In addition to the state's standards of practice, we abide by a strict code of ethics, which promotes a high standard of professionalism, business ethics, and inspection procedures and outlines the limitations and specific purpose and scope of our duty to the profession and the public.

If you are not satisfied with our service or the performance of our inspectors, we will gladly refund your money.

Clients must notify us in writing that they are not satisfied with our services prior to receiving their written report.

The client must be present for the last hour of the inspection. During this time, we will present our findings to the client.

* Upon Cancellation of the inspection, we will not produce a report and a trip charge will be invoiced if applicable.

We know that when purchasing a property, time is of the essence, wich is why we guarantee delivery of the inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection. If the report is not sent to you within 1 business day of the scheduled time of the inspection, we will refund your money.

* This guarantee does not apply to commercial inspections, homes greater than 4000 square feet, construction inspections, multi-family inspections, and properties that are in poor condition which will require additional time to build a complete report.
